Welcome to FS

Facility Services (FS) of the University of Curacao (UoC) is mainly responsible for:

  • Room Management System and the facilities online schedule (schedule.uoc.cw)
  • Managing repair and maintenance matters
  • Air conditioning systems management
  • Energy and Water usage management
  • Cleaning services (by 3rd party)
  • Security services (by 3rd party)
  • Expansion/construction and renovation projects
  • Maintenance of the 10 hectare landscape
  • Reservation and leasing of college facilities/rooms, sports and other facilities
